The manager told me that it would be difficult to find a car for me even though i had a reservation and a confirmation number. “We shouldnt have guaranteed you a car since you are not dropping it off here.” Not sure why he said any of this since i had a confirmation number.

I think it's good that these companies go bankrupt quickly and close their doors. I was in Dallas on important business, and upon arrival, I received a message that my reservation had been canceled. I asked why at the Hertz counter, but the answer was that I didn't know, and they were very uncooperative. I will never rerun this company and firmly recommend not using it with my colleagues and friends.

Liked nothing. I didnt even got the car because they closed the store and left even when i spoke to themmon phone 2 times. I went 2 hours before the reservation time still they were closed. My trip got cancelled coz of this. I would never book from hertz again.

When the customer has already spoken to you on phone and you asked them to come early before the reservation time and of they are 2 minutes late you should atleast inform them that you are all sold out and wont be able to give a car.

It is a get what you pay for. Car worked fine but definitely has a lot of bumps and bruises. Lots of scratches and dents. I brought the car back after hardly driving any miles. I really only needed it to go back and forth to the airport. I filled it up even though I receive the car with 3/4 of a tank. I mentioned that the tire pressure indicator was showing the back right tire was low. The person accused me of possibly hitting something without even looking at the car. I travel a lot. Won’t be using this car rental agency again

WHEN I TELL YOU THAT EASIRENT MAY BE THE ONLY COMPANY I WORK WITH! I hope I have your attention now. Let me explain my Dallas trip. I had used Easirent during the first half of my vacation in Austin so I was already familiar with the company. This part of the trip I had assumed my Amtrak train would be slightly delayed but wasn't anticipating 2 hours worth of delay. (Important note: CHECK the hours of the offices, it varies from location to location). By the time my Lyft got us to their office they were closed but I spotted an employee locking up. After explaining the situation to her and her manager they let me pick up my rental. Everyone was extremely kind and I'm so grateful that my first semi solo trip to Texas was made so much easier with their Austin and Dallas teams.
