What I didn't like was the misleading information on the availability of manual transmission vehicles which is what I requested when I made the reservation via Kayak. But when I arrived at the G. City airport to pick up my vehicle on Jan. 20 (presumably with manual transmission), I was told by National staff that they don't have any manual transmission vehicles in their fleet and only rent vehicles with automatic transmission. At that point, it was too late (and would have been prohibitively expensive) to make a last-minute switch from National to another rental agency. In summary, the information on the Kayak web site about the availability of manual transmission vehicles in Guatemala is inaccurate & misleading.
