They canceled my reservation because my flight was delayed even though I was paid in full for the week. Left me stranded at the airport! Was hard to find contact information to even talk to them or someone who could even understand me.

Mais honestidade. Ao reservar não são opção de contratar seguro. Chegando na loja informaram que o seguro era obrigatório, porém o valor seria 3x o do aluguel! Absurdo! Após muita reclamação fechamos por $ 220,00, quando deveria ter sido $ 114,00. Por fim, informamos que iríamos pagar em dinheiro. O funcionário informou que não teria problemas, que ao devolver o carro poderíamos acertar em espécie! Quando devolvemos o carro, falamos mais uma vez que iríamos pagar em espécie, mas ainda sim ele passou o cartão, e depois pediu desculpas e disse que não poderia estornar! Deram uma de esperto! Não indico e não contrato mais!

Bait and switch; delivered illegal (unlicensed) BUS instead of the contracted compact car. Stole visa credentials and made unauthorized charges against my account. I contacted the local authorities and they arranged for Routes to retrieve the vehicle, since the police had determined it could not be driven (expired license plates). Routes refused to refund the Visa transactions so I had to go to my bank and try to block/claw-back the transfer of funds to the Dominican Republic.
