Pick up was not so good. The car itself was fine, correct vehicle class, got good mileage which was an added bonus. There were 2 other customers on the shuttle with us. There was no line and they got in line ahead of us. It took about 15 to 18 minutes per customer to check in. So it took close to 45 minutes before we were on the road. The car interior was super clean. The exterior looked liked it hadn't been washed in weeks and had lots of smushed insects not fully cleaned off the front. The return/drop off at the off-airport location was also super fast and shuttle was there waiting for us to hop on. The price was fantastic. Tough to complain about anything because of that price. All in all it was a good experience and if your looking for a good value I would highly recommend.

AC didn’t work for awhile. Window wipers were terrible. There was no washer fluid. Car was noisy. Car should never have been rented out. Very poor from Fox.

They charge an extra $150 holding fee separate from your reservation even if it’s prepaid. Car was dirty inside and out with dents and scratches so record before you take it and after. Also make notes on the marking sheet they give you.
