Everything was great except the person who checked me in. He was extremely rude without any reason, as if I were not a customer who paid for the car. He was loud and with a scolding tone when I handed him my driver license and debit card. My driver license is broken from the top, so he started playing with it with his hand causing it to get worst. When I calmly asked him to just take the information without tampering with it, he said good luck if they allow you out of the lot. When he took my debit card, he told me about the security deposit in a demanding way, as if I didn’t use it before or I didn’t know the process. I kept my calm in order not to complicate things, I asked my kids to go sit at the back benches so they don’t have to witness his disrespectful manners, and I walked away to the lot after he finished the transaction without commenting. I understand he probably had a rough day, and I hope this is not the case every day because it affects sales of the organization in the long run. Except him, everything else went smooth.
