Vienna to Warsaw, was good. Warsaw to Toronto is where we had issues. The flight itself and the crew were good. But the flight departed late. It arrived in Toronto and we were not even in the Pearson Terminal. We had to take a bus, get our checked luggage (although we were told they were checked all the way to Ottawa); we had to recheck our bags, go through security again and then go to our connection. If our connected flight had not been delayed for mechanical reasons, we would have missed our connection by at least 1 hour. So really not impressed and will not use LOT again.
